Introduction These terms of use are applicable for all the subscribers registered with us. Prospects and enquries to our services.

By accessing our website all the subscribers are acknowledged that they have read and understood all our terms and conditions mentioned during their enquiry and signup process. The terms and conditions are as follows:

Usage of coworking space for address and communication All our coworking office addresses are used for communication purpose only. At no cost a suscriber is allowed to use the office address for the Registration with Govt, Taxation, Banking, Lending etc. If any such instances are noticed the subscription gets cancelled automatically with zero refunds (Security deposit / rentals paid) and legal proccedings shall be initiated against the subscriber. So we request all the visitors, vendors, clients, staff etc of our subscribers to be noted with the above fact. MBDesk.com a Seed 2 Sprout Solutions venture doesn't endorse any of our subsribers for their credability. The complete risk to deal with such subscribers is yours.

Cancellation of the subscription Notice period of 1 month is madatory from either sides for the cancellation to be processed. The cancellation request should be received from the registred email id of the subscriber for the authentication to connect@mbdesk.com. Upon receiving the cancellation request we do send the email confirming your request receipt which doesn't mean any confirmation of cancellation. Untill and unless the final mutual cancelltion isnt confirmed the subscription shall be active and payments for the same has to be cleared before releaving. If the subscriptions due for a month, the subscription shall be on hold and non communication for more than 15 days after the hold period the subscrioptions gets auto cancelled without any intimation and refunds further. Subscriptions get auto cancelled and recovery procedures shall be initiated if involved in any malpractises or misusing the property, part of the property including any of the infrastructure facilities at the office or outside the office in control of the office. No speacial privilages for any subscriber shall be given on any grounds. If Mbdesk team finds any discrepancies with the information shared to avail the subscription the subscription gets autocancelled with zero refunds. All the materials of the subscriber whose subscription has been auto cancelled due to above mentioned reasons shall be locked untill further confirmation from the legal departments or the concern departments.
